How to easily cancel Twitch

Here is a guide on how to do it:

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Go to Twitch.tv
  3. Log in to your account (in the top-right corner)
  4. Navigate to your “Subscription Management” page
  5. Click the cog on the upper-right
  6. Select “Don’t Renew Subscription”
  7. Confirm your cancellation

What membership plans does Twitch have?

Twitch has 3 different monthly plans: 

  • Tier 1 ($4.99/month)
  • Tier 2 ($9.99/month)
  • Tier 3 ($24.99/month)

 

With Tier 1 you get the following benefits: ad-free viewing, chat during Subscriber-Only Mode, watch Subscriber Streams, instantly unlock your first Sub Badge, 50 custom Emotes.

Tier 2 includes all Tier 1 benefits, Tier 2 Badge Flair, 5 exclusive Emote and 1 Emote modifier.

Tier 3 includes all Tier 2 benefits, upgraded Tier 3 Badge Flair, 5 additional exclusive Emote and 2 additional Emote modifiers.

The Free Trial period for Twitch lasts 30 days. After your free trial period, you automatically will be charged for a subscription on a monthly or annual basis unless you cancel.

How to cancel a Twitch subscription?

If you want to cancel your Twitch subscription, you can do so at any time. 

Here are the steps you need to take:

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Go to Twitch.tv
  3. Log in to your account (in the top-right corner)
  4. Navigate to your “Subscription Management” page
  5. Click the cog on the upper-right
  6. Select “Don’t Renew Subscription”
  7. Confirm your cancellation
